The conservation methods, the diversity of cultures, the economy of scarcity, the resources of the sea and the orchard have defined a unique as nd Mediterranean style that now comes to Mar Mía to enter the city purest gastronomy of the Southeast of Spain.

Mar Mía defines itself as a Chic Urban Beach Bar. A transversal concept that maintains the freshness and customs of the Mediterranean gastronomic universe, which you can discover in the different environments created within an urban hotel.

A non-stop kitchen, where the Mediterranean Grills are under the control of Chef Rafa Zafra (Estimar) and the fabulous rice dishes of Luís Rodríguez (Casa Elías) are prepared, all under the Mar Mía Mediterranean concept designed by Carlos Bosch (El Portal & Bar Manero), who has managed to elevate informal tapas to luxury with his gastronomic projects. As a setting, the Ocean Drive hotel, the proposal of the entrepreneur and hotelier Marc Rahola.
